My Bio
Meddling with Nature is an ongoing body of work using varied media to describe the natural world and naturalist perspectives of the Victorian age and its application to modern culture. Work includes taxidermy, skeletal preparation, display apparatus designed for preservation as well as functional education, and scientifically based 2D and 3D representation of concepts relevant to Nature and the place of Humanity within it. The work of Meddling with Nature is all produced “from the ground up” and because of this, is heavily process oriented.

Come join us in person at the studio, or log in to our live-feed. (more info coming soon.) We will answer questions and engage in comments

A practice pheasant is as cheap as 20 bucks, and I have never had a problem with their service. As you skin one of these guys, use borax to aid in both preserving and providing grip to a fairly slimy operation. You can use borax as a finished preservative, or cho
